Our Policies

Any service involving the use of scissors or a requested "trim" will be charged as a haircut.

If you are running late for your appointment, please inform us in advance. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will have to reschedule.

A fee will be charged for appointments scheduled before our standard opening time.

Blow-drying and washing are not included in our braiding services or updo services. If your hair requires blow-drying before braiding or styling, you will be charged a blowdry service. 

If you do not cancel before 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 20% of the service.

If you do not agree with our policies or prices, we kindly ask that you do not attempt to bargain. Please consider booking elsewhere if our policies or prices do not align with your expectations. 

Senior get a 15% discount exclusively on Mondays.

 Additional charges for blowouts, color services, and chemicals are dependent on hair length and texture due to the extra time, effort, and product required.

Hair above the shoulders at most would be an additional charge of $5 to $10. This fee is based off texture.

Hair below the shoulders would be an additional charge of $5 to $15. This fee is based off length and texture.

Hair at the waist or longer would be an additional charge of $15 to $30. This fee is based off length and texture.
